The technical team will be performing upgrades to the underlying reporting infrastructure. During this maintenance there will be a 2 hour period where report generation and report retrieval will not be available. Other functionality of the Sentinel management portal, wireless connected devices, and REST APIs will not be impacted during this maintenance.

The technical team will be performing an upgrade to core components of the Sentinel platform. At the beginning of the maintenance there is a planned period of approximately 2.5 hours that the Sentinel Management Portal, REST APIs, and Reporting will not be available. During that time you will not be able to log into Sentinel or process any API transactions. Wireless Connected Devices will NOT be impacted during this event.
