We are in the process of migrating our support portal from ServiceNow to a new, internally-built portal that is better adapted to Kajeet customers' needs and wants.

All existing historical records from ServiceNow are being migrated to the new portal. You will be able to access all historical support tickets under your name/account once the migration is complete.
