The Kajeet technical team will be performing a major upgrade of the primary database component for the Sentinel platform. This maintenance has a planned down time for the Management UI, Reporting, and APIs for 2.5 hours at the beginning of the maintenance window. We will use the remainder of the window to fully validate all services before closing out the window. This maintenance will not have any impact to Wireless Connected Devices.
